My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The hotel is centrally located on the promenade, making it convenient to explore the area, and the beautiful view of the children's area pools added to the ambiance. The rooms were clean with single beds, and although they only had two medium beds, they were quite comfortable. However, the service in the Hookah lounge was disappointing, as they tried to restrict our access despite our all-inclusive reservation.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While some aspects were enjoyable, there were a few disappointments. The rooms were clean and comfortable with the option of balconies but had only medium beds. The staff provided excellent service overall, although there were instances of them trying to limit our choices unnecessarily. The location was convenient for exploring, especially with access to the beach nearby. The dining options were included but could be more diverse. The facilities were decent, offering some good amenities.
The hotel has rooms that are cleaned daily with fresh towels, some featuring balconies and views, and single beds. The service provided was exceptional with friendly and engaging staff, although there were instances of attempted limitation to specific amenities. The location is ideally situated, either on the beach or in central areas, offering great accessibility and helpfulness. Despite some limitations in dining choices, the overall experience was positive.
The hotel offers an incredible view with fresh towels and the best rate. The rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels, making my stay very pleasant. However, there was a slight inconvenience with the attempt to limit us to specific restaurants and pools, but the team was quick to resolve it, and even the manager made an effort to ensure our comfort.
